Patient & Family Events

Connect Groups

Join us the first Thursday of each month for a virtual Connect Group!  MHFP leads a monthly Connect Group to provide care, education, and resources to individuals and families impacted by CNS anomalies, so you never feel alone in your search for answers.

Socials

Each quarter MHFP members gather in-person for a social!  Quarterly socials provide a sense of community for what often feels like a solitary journey for patients and families afflicted with rare CNS conditions. They offer a fun atmosphere, often time with food and activities.

  Events

Twice per year, members gather for a formal in-person event to celebrate and meet current MHFP attendees to increase program engagement and awareness.  These events feature catered food, give-aways, fun activities and resources!
